DID YOU KNOW…There is another back door move to disarm law abiding American citizens through your children and a treaty with the UN?
http://www.parentalrights.org/index.asp?Type=B_BASIC&SEC=%7B96190840-EC3B-4A5E-80EE-9719625B62A5%7D
FACT: America is only one of two nations that have not signed this treaty, but the pressure is on.
FACT: Under international law, the treaty overrides the Constitution of the United States.
FACT: If ratified the UNCRC could end homeschooling forever in the US.
FACT: The state will have the right to “watch” all families.
Imagine an Air Force mom, serving her country on a month-long deployment, who learns that her daughter has been secretly removed by local authorities, claiming the child has been “abandoned.” Children begin mandatory sex-education at the age of four, regardless of their family’s opinions, beliefs, or convictions, and parents are imprisoned if their children fail to receive any of their mandatory vaccinations. Parents live in a state of constant supervision and suspicion.
Imagine if your national government had the audacity to appoint a “guardian” to monitor your child from birth, charged with the legal responsibility to evaluate your decisions as a parent and armed with the legal authority to “intervene, prevent or rectify” any violations of your child’s rights. Public and private schools alike are policed by the national government, and classes begin with singing about the principles of peace, tolerance, and the United Nations. Your child’s confidential medical records, stored in a nation-wide electronic register from birth until age twenty, can be accessed at any time, without your knowledge, by any physician, teacher, or government social worker in the nation.
Now stop imagining, because for parents in the 193 countries that have ratified the United Nations’ Convention on the Rights of the Child, each of these scenarios is true.
TEN THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE SUBSTANCE OF THE CRC "CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD":
Children would have the ability to choose their own religion while parents would only have the authority to give their children advice about religion.
The best interest of the child principle would give the government the ability to override every decision made by every parent if a government worker disagreed with the parent’s decision.
A child’s “right to be heard” would allow him (or her) to seek governmental review of every parental decision with which the child disagreed.
According to existing interpretation, it would be illegal for a nation to spend more on national defense than it does on children’s welfare.
Children would acquire a legally enforceable right to leisure.
Christian schools that refuse to teach "alternative worldviews" and teach that Christianity is the only true religion "fly in the face of article 29" of the treaty.
Allowing parents to opt their children out of sex education has been held to be out of compliance with the CRC.
Children would have the right to reproductive health information and services, including abortions, without parental knowledge or consent.
Parents would no longer be able to administer reasonable spankings to their children.
A murderer aged 17 years and 11 months and 29 days at the time of his crime could no longer be sentenced to life in prison.

WASTED BREATH
As we watch a group of brave men take a stand upon the Senate floor for hours that seem to have no end, it calls into question as to whether these gentlemen are essentially "wasting their breath?” Most certainly there are Americans on both sides of the fence that would agree to that being the case.
However, Jesus tells a parable that is rather fitting for the situation we saw displayed.
Luke 18:1-5 Now He was telling them a parable to show that at all times they ought to pray and not to lose heart, saying, "In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God and did not respect man. "There was a widow in that city, and she kept coming to him, saying, 'Give me legal protection from my opponent.' "For a while he was unwilling; but afterward he said to himself, 'Even though I do not fear God nor respect man, yet because this widow bothers me, I will give her legal protection, otherwise by continually coming she will wear me out.'"
This parable displays one of the greatest acts of a "peaceful war." Through her persistence, the widow gave the judge no peace until she received what she knew she needed, and what she knew was just. Through the display in the senate, we saw persistence for what is right and just.
It is interesting that Jesus pointed out more than once that the judge was not a man that feared God, yet he surrendered due to the fact that he was the weaker in the battle by his own acknowledgement.
Luke 18:6-8 And the Lord said, "Hear what the unrighteous judge said; now, will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long over them? I tell you that He will bring about justice for them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?"
In this passage, the unrighteous judge recognizes God, and that He is just. The judge is also well aware that the elect cry out to the Lord day and night. For Him to know this, the elect had to have made it clear to all, who they were, and to whom they belonged. This judge knew that through their PUBLIC prayers, God would act swiftly on their behalf. These believers did not fear praying out in the open and making their request known to God for all eyes to see.
As we watch the courage displayed on Capitol Hill, perhaps we Christians need to consider carefully just what it is going to take to see victory. We applaud the men who have stood for us so long, but is more required for GOD to turn His face back to us and bring about His justice quickly?
Friends, we used to be known as a Christian nation. We used to pray in the public square, sending forth the message who we were, and to whom we belonged. While it is important for us to pray privately, it is now my firm belief that God is waiting on us to once again meet Him in the public square and show the unrighteous who our God really is. Like our good senators, let not our words be a mere wasting of breath.
When the Son of Man comes, will He find that kind of faith on the earth?

Marching Orders
When we look upon the world around us, it
seems hard to imagine that we will ever see our country return to what
it once was. Christians instinctively, and through signs mapped out in
the Bible, know that the time of the Great Tribulation is fast
approaching. Recently someone asked me, "If we know that the tribulation
is coming, then why try to fight it, or stop it, if it is destined to
happen anyway?"
The truth is, God did not set dates as to when the "end" is going to come, and He never gave us a time limit on protecting our families, standing firm against evil, and seeking justice. No where in the Bible does God ever tell us to "give up."
For those of us who have "eyes to see, and ears to hear," we must remain alert at all times until His coming.
1Thessalonians 5:4-6 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that the day would overtake you like a thief; for you are all sons of light and sons of day. We are not of night nor of darkness; so then let us not sleep as others do, but let us be alert and sober.
While it is true that we humans cannot win the spiritual war that rages upon the earth, nonetheless we are not called away from the battle field until the Lord returns for us.
Psalm 94:6 & 16
"They slay the widow and the stranger
And murder the orphans.
Who will stand up for me against evildoers?
Who will take his stand for me against those who do wickedness?"
All of us have a duty to stand strong, defend the innocent, and protect the gifts that God has given us, which are family, home, and country.
Pro 28:5 Evil men do not understand justice,
But those who seek the LORD understand all things.
For those who "love God and are called according to His purpose" let us continually bear in mind that God is with us through the battle, and that no matter what the outcome here on earth, God Himself will be victorious and we will share in the celebration for eternity.
Pro 21:31 The horse is prepared for the day of battle,
But victory belongs to the LORD.

BEATEN INTO THE SIN OF TOLERANCE
Matthew 7:2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
This scripture is one that is taken out of context more frequently today than any other in the Bible. When a Christian opens his mouth to speak out against someone's sins, this scripture is the one that is most often thrown back in his face. The sinner tries his best to silence the Christian by pointing the finger back at him. Unfortunately, this tactic works all too often because the Christian, knowing full well that he falls quite short of the glory of God, is often shamed into silence. If the sinner is even a little more knowledgeable concerning the Bible, he may send the final death blow with,
Mat 7:3-5 "Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?
"Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' and behold, the log is in your own eye?
"You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye."
The well meaning Christian, believing he was doing the sinner a favor at first, has now been beaten down into a quivering mass of guilt and confusion. This my friends is a tactic of the enemy to cause Christians everywhere to TOLERATE sin.
It is true that these scriptures are about hypocrisy. If the Christian is PRACTICING (willfully committing sin), then he has no grounds to point it out in another. If the Christian has been cleansed from his sins, though he be not perfect, but is PRACTICING his walk in righteousness, it is his duty to call attention to sin when he sees it. Not saying that he is to look for it under every rock, but it is the Christian duty to call others to righteousness, saved or unsaved.
Consider this:
Ezek 33:8-9 "When I say to the wicked, 'O wicked man, you will surely die,' and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require from your hand.
"But if you on your part warn a wicked man to turn from his way and he does not turn from his way, he will die in his iniquity, but you have delivered your life.
In Galatians chapter 2, Paul confronts Peter (Cephas) publicly about a sin he was committing.
1Cor 5:11 But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called brother if he is an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler--not even to eat with such a one.
How far we have strayed from our Bibles as Christians when the sinner who uses scripture to beat us over our heads gets the upper hand.
It is obvious that Satan himself knows scripture quite well when he used it to tempt Jesus in the wilderness. However, Jesus knew it better, and he tuned it right back around on him.
2 Cor. 11:3 But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ.
Stand firm against Satan's tricks. Prayerfully read your Bible to learn how to refute twisted scriptures. Let us not bear the guilt of TOLERATING.

The Testimony of Larry Swartz
This is what I am about.God bless love you
Testimony
Hear is my Testimony. When I was a non-believer I only cared about my family.I didn't like anybody. The devil had my heart and soul.I thought my life was good.I had a good job,my wife was working.Everything was going well for us.Then one day I was attacked by the devil.I was taking my youngest son to the bowling alley when I got a severe headache.I stopped at my sister's house so that I could call my wife and let her know that I had a bad headache and I didn't think I could drive home.My wife came and got me and my son and took us home. The pain got worse. At that time I decided to go to the hospital.I went to the emergency room and they took me right in.I found out that I had a brain aneurysm. They sent me to the Pittsburgh Hospital. The operation went well but I did not follow the doctor orders.I did what I wanted and got out of bed and fell. The fall left me in a coma.I was also paralyzed on my right side.As time went on they sent me to a Rehabilitation Center to see if they could help me.I could hear and see what was going on around me but I couldn't respond to them.I was so up set inside,I hated them all.Frustration and depression got the best of me.The devil was working in my life again..After a four mouth period I finally begin to respond to them.I swore, fought and did everything that I could to make their job a"living hell." Three months had passed and the Rehabilitation Center called my wife to notify her that my condition was not improving. They recommended that she make arrangements to admit me into a rest home.My wife response was that she wanted to try and take care of me at home. They felt that it wasn't a good idea for me to go home due to the 24-hour care that I would need. But my wife was committed to trying to care for me on her own."Thank GOD for her". My depression continued to worsen.I fought with my wife about any and everything. For years she stood by me and then the devil started to attack her.But I didn't care.I was only concerned with myself. One day I turned on the television and there was a preacher talking about people being deceived by the devil[Galatians 6;7] something got my attention,so I listen to what he was saying and it made me feel like there was more to life than the way I was living. At that point I knew something different was going on in me.I know now that IT WAS GOD! As years passed on the devil attacked me again with Prostate Cancer. But this time he did not take control because I trusted in the LORD with all my heart[ Proverbs 3;5-6][Psalm46;1].I have been cancer free for eight year Praise the LORD for He is good! I am still in a wheelchair and I depend on my wife for some things but I know that the LORD will take care of us[Isaiah 40;31] [Mathew 11;28] [Romans 8;31] I know that there are people in the world that are worse off then I am but if you would just trust in the LORD,obey His Commandments, believe in him. He'll take care of everything.I know this because I've lived it.He did it for me and He'll do the same for you.Just give Him a chance."May GOD bless you
